Downton Abbey series 2 is currently on TV in UK and Ireland. If you have not seen the first series, there are elements of the second you wont fully understand. This collection of first series episodes is perfect for watching in your own time and without annoying add breaks. Great series, would recommend to anyone, esp if you like period drama

This DVD is perfect for viewers in New Zealand as it is in Region 2, 4, and 5. I'm a complete sucker for period dramas, and Downtown Abbey is as good as it gets. I love everything about it and the only downside to it is that there's only 7 episodes. I guess you can't have too much of a good thing. I'm eagerly anticipating the next series, which I think is about to premiere soon in the UK. So if you love period dramas as much as I do, you'd be crazy to miss Downton Abbey!
