Haunted by the various attempts at failed band projects, Wiebe set his pen to paper and hands to guitar in 2005 to write a collection of songs that expressed his feelings, emotions, and inner thoughts about discouragement and disappointment. This proved to be a therapeutic process. Equipped with a handful of unconventional arrangements, Wiebe went into the studio to record. Inspired by Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jimi Hendrix, Extreme, Mourning Widows, Further Seems Forever and others, Wiebe would go on to create an eclectic mix of Folk Rock, Funk, and Jazz songs that make up this collection.
