This CD was dedicated to my dad who was an Italian, who loved to sing. The cover of the CD is my dad and me. I was an only child and was treated like a princess. As you listen to the CD,I am sure you will hear that it is done with much love. I recorded all of his favorite songs, which are from the 1930's and 40's. I am accompanied by ten of the finest seasoned muscians in the New Orleans area. Many of them have played with Al Hirt, Pete Fountain, etc.The person who arranged all the songs, plays guitar, and sings the duets with me is Bobby Lonero. A lifelong N.O. musican who toured with Louie Prima for years, the music is beautiful. The song My Funny Valentine is the best rendition anyone will ever hear.This is a CD of which every song is good I'am sure if you like old standards you will love it.
