Mike Wall is a massage therapist practicing near Seattle, WA. He is a musician, passionate nature sound recordist and sound chaser. While creating this music he consulted with therapists and their clients to ensure these soundscapes enhance the therapeutic flow of massage and enable deep levels of relaxation. This album also provides wonderful background music for studying, working, and meditation, and has been used by counselors during guided visualizations. Instruments and sounds include Native flutes, acoustic and electric guitars, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drones, and keyboard-based virtual instruments from around the world. This album really hits the mark. The composer, Mike Wall, effortlessly creates an unhurried yet melodic sanctuary for the mind, body, and spirit. This is one of those rare gems in the massage/yoga world that will have you on the first listen and will be a comfortable companion for years to come. After 18 years I can count the number of albums that have done this for me on one hand.
